Absolutely amazing experience with Charlotte’s grooming my two dogs, Misha and Candy.

Misha is a very anxious dog and Candy is a rescue, so grooming can be stressful for both of them, but the patience, kindness and care they received was incredible. You can genuinely tell she cares about the dogs and take the time to make them feel safe and comfortable.

Both dogs came back looking beautiful, calm and happy. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with them. Highly recommend!

Charlotte is a fantastic dog groomer. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is professional and friendly. It is evident she absolutely loves dogs! She takes the time to listen to what I would like but is also very good at providing guidance and recommendation when required

I really recommend Diamond in the Ruff. Charlotte has been grooming our cavapoo Bertie for a few years and is great at what she does. Bert is a drama queen and not a fan of being groomed, but she always manages to work with him and do a great job - he looks and smells gorgeous afterwards.

Charlotte is absloutley fantastic with Olaf booking was so straightforward and she was so accommodating to work around school hours! You can see how much she cares and loves all the fur babies and what she does! She is a star! Olaf always leaves so happy fluffy fresh and is so excited to see her! 🥰🥰🥰 x
